Payments
Full payment or a required deposit must be made before production begins unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Production Time
Production times may vary depending on order size, complexity, and workload. Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has been shipped. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Refunds & Returns
Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final once production begins. Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of verified defects or errors caused by us.
