All items are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once production has started. If there is an issue with your order due to our error or a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer, including design, spelling, color, or sizing mistakes.
